Inspired by the popular architecture styles of Central Otago, ‘Pavilion Life’ blends modern and practical design features, creating the type of bold aesthetic our southern friends love (and we think the Manawatu deserves more of). Spread across three pavilions, the living, bedroom and outdoor areas all deliver the space needed for a large family to properly relax into. The exterior is split between plastered surfaces and Abodo brushed cladding, with a beautiful aged timber appearance - one of the true statement features of this carefully designed home.
